Lineup Changes At KYMX & KZZO Sacramento

Bonneville AC “Mix 96” KYMX and Hot AC “Now 100.5” KZZO Sacramento have revamped their on-air lineups.

KZZO has dropped Premiere Networks’ syndicated Brooke & Jeffrey show from mornings with midday host Doug Lazy moving from afternoons to take over 6-9am. Lazy also will host afternoons from 3-7pm on KYMX. Lazy had hosted afternoons at KZZO since 2016 after previously hosting nights on the station until moving to afternoons on then-sister Rhythmic CHR 102.5 KSFM in 2013.

Darik Kristofer moves from middays to afternoons at KZZO with Deanna Regalado joining the station to host middays from 9am to 2pm. She joins KZZO from Sierra H Broadcasting Classic Hip Hop “101 The Bounce” KZCE where she hosted middays the past two years. Regalado previously spent time as morning co-host and midday and afternoon host at iHeartMedia CHR “95.7 The Party” KPTT Denver and has also worked at KVUU Colorado Springs, KYGO Denver, and currently tracks shifts for multiple Townsquare Media stations across the country.

Completing the changes at KYMX, Sheryl Stewart moves from afternoons to 10am to 3pm succeeding Marilyn Nelson. “FM 100” KSFI Salt Lake City afternoon host Rusty Keys continues to track mornings.
