The University of New Orleans will flip 90.5 KTLN Thibodaux/Houma LA from a simulcast of Public News/Talk 89.9 WWNO New Orleans to one of “Classical 104.9” K285FF Metairie/WWNO-HD2 New Orleans.
The change will take place on Tuesday, November 16. The move is the first part in creating a regional Classical network at WWNO, with the station noting, “New Orleans Public Radio is creating a network of small stations to extend the reach of the classical music schedule now heard on Classical 104.9 FM”.
