KREF Programming Expands To Lawton's KKRX

After iHeartMedia partnered with Metro Radio Group’s 1400 KREF Norman OK in August to launch “94.7 The Ref” KREF-FM Oklahoma City, the station’s programming is quickly expanding statewide.

iHeartMedia began simulcasting the local programming of KREF on “1430 The Buzz” KTBZ Tulsa in mid-September, and today the programming launches on Mollman Media’s “1380 The Ticket” KKRX Lawton.

KKRX, which had been airing CBS Sports Radio programming around the clock, will now carry KREF’s lineup from 6am to 6pm including Toby Rowland from 6-9am, Chris Plank 9am-12pm, Mike Steely 12-2pm, and “The Rush” with Teddy Lehman and Tyler McComas from 2-6pm. KKRX also carries Oklahoma University and Army football and Oklahoma City Thunder basketball.

Mollman Media is proud to welcome ‘The Ref’ to southwest Oklahoma on KKRX, 1380 ‘The Ticket’.

This locally produced Sports/Talk format can be heard from 6a to 6p, Monday through Friday. 1380, The Ticket is home to Army Black Knights Football as well as OU Sooners and Oklahoma City Thunder basketball. 1380, The Ticket is extremely excited to host the voice of the Sooners, Toby Rowland each weekday morning. Additional hosts are TJ Perry and Chris Plank, Josh Helmer, Mike Steely, Parker Thune and Butkus Award winner Teddy Lehman with Chad McKee.

It’s an exciting time for Sports/Talk radio enthusiasts! Listen throughout Lawton/Ft. Sill and north Texas, through the iHeart app or at TheTicket1380.com
