El Dorado Broadcasters flipped Hot AC “Mix 100.9” KQSR Yuma AZ to Classic Rock leaning Classic Hits “100.9 The River” this morning.
The station adds Westwood One’s “Bob & Tom Show” for mornings, while Jonny Porter remains in middays.
KQSR had been one of two Hot AC’s in the Yuma market along with Monster Media’s “Z93” KLJZ. Yuma previously had no Rock, Classic Rock, or Classic Hits stations as the new brand will fill all three niches in the market.
