After 31 years at Salem Media Christian AC 94.9 KLTY Dallas, Frank Reed will retire from the “Frank, Starlene & Hudson” morning show alongside Starlene Stringer and John Hudson at the end of the year.
Reed joined then 94.1 KLTY in 1991 and would follow the station to 100.7 and since 2000 94.9 after previously spending much of his career in secular formats including stints at “96X” WMJX Miami, “BJ 105” WBJW Orlando and at 660 WNBC New York in middays between Don Imus and Howard Stern. He would then move to Christian radio with a stint at 970 WWDJ Hackensack NJ before joining KLTY.
