Audacy has announced the appointment of ‘Johnnie D’ Glover as Brand Manager of Adult R&B “96.3 The Lou” WFUN-FM St. Louis and Hip Hop “Hot 104.1” WHHL Hazelwood MO.
Glover most recently served as Program Director of iHeartMedia Hip Hop 107.5 WGCI Chicago from 2017 until his position was eliminated in March. He originally joined iHeart Chicago as APD of WGCI and Adult R&B “V103” WVAZ in June 2015. He has also served as APD/Morning Show Producer at “V103” WVEE Atlanta and held roles at WQHT New York, WPWX Chicago, and WPHI Philadelphia.
He fills the position held by former cluster Operations Manager Derrick Greene until his departure in February.
Audacy has named Johnnie D Brand Manager of Hot 104.1 (WHHL-FM) and 96.3 The Lou (WFUN-FM) in St. Louis. In this role, he will oversee the stations’ content strategy, talent, operations and branding.

Johnnie D’s radio journey spans over 15 years, with career stops at HOT 97 in New York, Power 92.3 WPWX in Chicago, and Audacy’s WPGC 95.5 in Washington D.C. and V-103 in Atlanta. He spent the last eight years as the Program Director of 107.5 WGCI in Chicago. While in Chicago, he led 107.5 WGCI to dominant rating success amongst direct competitors, developed and executive produced “The WGCI Morning Show,” and produced several NTR events that generated millions of dollars in revenue. He has experience working with radio talent, including Charlamagne tha God, “The Frank Ski & Wanda Morning Show,” “The Ryan Cameron Morning Show,” Miss Jones, Donnie Simpson, Angie Martinez, Big Tigger, Egypt Sherrod, and most recently “The WGCI Morning Show” with Kendra G, Leon Rogers and Kyle Santillian.
