American Public Media’s recently rebranded “Your Classical MPR” statewide network in Minnesota has announced the addition of Jillene Khan as overnight host.
Khan joins “Your Classical MPR” from Mid-West Family Broadcasting AC “Magic 98” WMGN Madison WI where she hosted afternoons. Khan also won a Gracie Award last week for “Best Host Non-Morning Drive (Music DJ/Personality) Small Market [Radio – Local]”. She had been with WMGN since 2017 after previous stints hosting afternoons at 103.7 WLLR Davenport IA and then middays at Country 94.5 WKTI Milwaukee. Khan began her career as a producer and weekend host at Rhythmic CHR “B96” KTTB Minneapolis.
“Your Classical MPR” is based at 99.5 KSJN Minneapolis and is heard across Minnesota with many of its programs syndicated across the country by APM. Khan will be heard from 12-6am starting Wednesday, June 23.
