Cumulus Media has announced the appointment of Jeff Haber as Program Director and afternoon host at CHR “98.9 Magic-FM” KKMG Colorado Springs.
Haber has been serving as a weekend/fill-in host at Cox CHR 106.1 WBLI Patchogue NY since last November. He has previously programmed 102.5 WFMF Baton Rouge LA and “Power 94.7” KEWB Redding CA and has worked as a producer for iHeartMedia Los Angeles.
Haber fills the opening created by Dylan Salisbury’s move to Alpha Media’s “Live 95.5” KBFF Portland in June.
Cumulus Media (NASDAQ: CMLS) announces that it has appointed Jeff Haber as Program Director and PM Drive host for Heritage Top 40 station 98.9 Magic FM/KKMG-FM in Colorado Springs, CO. Haber was also named On-Air Host, Afternoon Drive, and will be heard on 98.9 Magic FM Monday through Friday from 3:00pm-7:00pm.
Haber joins KKMG-FM from Top 40 station 106.1 WBLI-FM in Long Island, NY. Prior to that, he was Program Director and On-Air Personality for 102.5 WFMF-FM and 104.1 the Spot/KVDU-FM in Baton Rouge/New Orleans, LA, and was Program Director and On-Air Personality for Power 94.7/KEWB-FM in Redding, CA. Haber was formerly Syndication Producer for Premiere Networks’ Big Boy’s Neighborhood and Program Producer for Dave Styles at 104.3 My FM/KBIG-FM in Los Angeles. Haber began his radio career at WVBR-FM in Ithaca, NY. He holds a B.A. degree in Journalism from Ithaca College.
