Jeff Angelo Moves To Mornings At WHO; Murph & Andy To Depart KXNO

News/Talk 1040 WHO moved late-morning host Jeff Angelo to mornings starting today.

Angelo had been heard in the 9-11am timeslot. He previously served as an Iowa State Senator from 1997-2009. He fills the opening that had been held by Maxwell Schaeffer and Amy Sweet until their exit in early April.

“The Murph & Andy Show” on Sports 1460 KXNO Des Moines/106.3 KXNO-FM Ankeny IA will come to an end at the end of the month after a fifteen year run.

The show currently airs from 1-3pm featuring Keith Murphy and Andy Fales. The duo both also work at WHO-TV Des Moines where Fales is currently a weekend anchor after previously working mornings and Murphy is Sports Director and anchor. The duo also co-host a Sunday evening sports show on the television station.
