Nielsen Audio has released Day 2 of its monthly four day sweep of ratings in PPM markets.
Today’s releases include Washington DC, Boston, Seattle, Miami, Phoenix, Detroit, Minneapolis, Tampa/St. Petersburg, Denver, San Diego, Baltimore, and St. Louis.

Public News/Talk 88.5 WAMU maintains its Washington DC lead rising 11.3 to 12.9. Ratings Expert Chris Huff notes that is the second largest share ever for the station behind just its 13.3 in January 2021. Hubbard News 103.5 WTOP rises 7.8 to 8.6. Atlantic Gateway Communications Christian AC 91.9 WGTS jumps up 5.5 to 7.2. iHeartMedia AC 97.1 WASH moves 10.9 to 6.4. Radio One Adult R&B “Majic 102.3/92.7” WMMJ/WDCJ rises 4.1 to 5.0.
Howard University Adult R&B 96.3 WHUR slips 5.2 to 4.6. Audacy Classic Hits “94.7 The Drive” WIAD slides 4.1 – 3.1 – 3.0.

Beasley Media’s “98.5 The Sports Hub” WBZ-FM reclaims the lead up 8.0 to 8.8. iHeartMedia Classic Rock 100.7 WZLX surges up 4.3 – 5.3 – 6.1. Beasley Classic Hits 105.7 WROR is third 5.6 to 5.7. iHeartMedia CHR “Kiss 108” WXKS-FM rises 5.3 to 5.5. iHeartMedia News 1030 WBZ rises 4.8 to 5.3.
Audacy AC “Magic 106.7” WMJX has one of the largest drops from Christmas music down 12.5 to 4.2. Audacy Sports 93.7 WEEI-FM falls 4.6 to 3.9.
Beasley Rhythmic Hot AC “Hot 96.9” WBQT rises 3.0 to 4.2, while sister Country 102.5 WKLB jumps up 2.6 – 3.2 – 4.0. iHeartMedia Conservative Talk 680 WRKO rises 2.8 to 3.7. Audacy Hot AC “Mix 104.1” WWBX is up 2.2 to 3.1.

iHeartMedia Classic Hits “95.7 The Jet” KJEB takes the Seattle lead up 4.7 to 6.3. Bonneville News/Talk 97.3 KIRO-FM rises 5.5 to 6.1. Lotus’ “Northwest News” 1000 KNWN/97.7 KNWN-FM holds at a 5.5 share. AAA 90.3 KEXP is up 5.2 to 5.3. Audacy Soft AC “94.1 The Sound” KSWD falls 7.2 to 5.1.
After flipping to AAA KPNW-FM following the survey period, Hubbard Country “98.9 the Bull” KNUC trends up 1.9 – 2.4 – 3.5 although the demographic numbers tell a different story. Audacy Country “100.7 The Wolf” KKWF trends up 3.0 – 3.1 – 3.8.
Audacy Rock 99.9 KISW jumps 3.4 to 4.9, while sister Rhythmic Hot AC “Hot 96.9” KHTP is up 2.4 to 3.9. iHeartMedia Variety Hits “96.5 Jack-FM” KJAQ rises 2.6 to 3.6.
Hubbard AC “Warm 106.9” KRWM has a big drop from its Christmas music fueled 11.3 to a 4.5.
