Today’s releases include Washington DC, Boston, Miami, Seattle, Detroit, Phoenix, Minneapolis, San Diego, Tampa/St. Petersburg, Denver, Baltimore, and St. Louis.

Public News/Talk 88.5 WAMU regains the Washington DC lead as it jumps 7.3 to 9.6. Howard University Adult R&B 96.3 WHUR (8.3 to 8.0) and Hubbard News 103.5 WTOP (6.4 to 8.0) tie for second. iHeartMedia AC 97.1 WASH places fourth 13.2 to 7.5. Classical 88.1 WETA trends up 4.0 – 4.7 – 5.3 for fifth.
Trending up in Washington: iHeartMedia Alternative “DC101” WWDC (3.8 to 4.8) and Classic Rock “Big 100” WBIG-FM (4.1 to 4.7), Atlantic Gateway Christian AC 91.9 WGTS (3.4 – 4.0 – 4.2), and Audacy Sports “106.7 The Fan” WJFK-FM (1.7 – 1.9 – 3.0). Trending down are Radio One Adult R&B “Majic 102.3/92.7” WMMJ/WDCJ (5.6 – 4.7 – 4.1) and Audacy Classic Hits “94.7 The Drive” WIAD (4.0 – 3.7 – 3.0).
Beasley Media’s “98.5 The Sports Hub” WBZ-FM holds at an 8.3 share to retake the Boston market lead. Beasley Classic Hits 105.7 WROR rises 6.1 to 6.9 for second. Audacy AC “Magic 106.7” WMJX is third 13.2 to 6.8. iHeartMedia News 1030 WBZ places fourth 6.5 to 6.4, while sister Classic Rock 100.7 WZLX jumps 4.7 to 5.7 for fifth.
Public News/Talk 90.9 WBUR trends up 2.9 – 3.0 – 3.9, while Northeast Broadcasting AAA “92.5 The River” WXRV rises 1.9 to 2.6.
Cox Soft AC “Easy 93.1” WFEZ regains the Miami lead up 8.0 to 8.3, while sister Adult R&B “Hot 105.1” WHQT dips 9.0 to 8.0. SBS Spanish AC “Zeta 92.3” WCMQ rises 5.2 to 5.6. Univision Spanish Adult Hits “Amor 107.5” WAMR rises 5.0 to 5.3. Audacy AC “101.5 Lite-FM” WLYF drops 6.9 to 5.1.
Trending up in Miami: Audacy’s “99.9 Kiss Country” WKIS-FM (2.3 to 3.3), SBS Spanish Rhythmic “Ritmo 95.7” WRMA (1.9 to 2.8), and Audacy Alternative “104.3 The Shark” WSFS (1.2 to 1.8). In its final monthly as all-90’s “Totally 93.9“, iHeartMedia’s WMIA rises 1.3 to 1.6.
Bonneville News/Talk 97.3 KIRO-FM takes the Seattle market lead up 6.6 to 6.9. Hubbard AC “Warm 106.9” KRWM moves 9.6 to 5.9. Public News/Talk 94.9 KUOW rises 4.4 to 5.7. iHeartMedia Classic Rock 102.5 KZOK is up 5.3 to 5.6. Lotus News 1000 KOMO/97.7 KOMO-FM (in final monthly before rebranding) dips 5.5 to 5.2.
Trending up in Seattle: iHeartMedia Classic Hits “95.7 The Jet” KJR-FM (3.8 to 4.9), Audacy Rhythmic Hot AC “Hot 103.7” KHTP (2.0 to 2.7), and Dance “C89.5” KNHC (0.8 to 1.6). Lotus Hot AC “Star 101.5” KPLZ falls 3.7 to 1.8 following its post-Christmas revamp.
In what will be its final monthly as Rhythmic CHR, iHeartMedia’s 93.3 KUBE rises 1.4 to 1.7.
Audacy Classic Hits 104.3 WOMC surges 5.6 to 7.8 to lead Detroit. iHeartMedia AC 100.3 WNIC is second 18.8 to 6.7. iHeartMedia Adult R&B “Mix 92.3” WMXD trends up 4.7 – 6.0 – 6.4. Beasley Classic Rock 94.7 WCSX and Audacy News 950 WWJ both rise 5.0 to 6.2.
Trending up in Detroit: Beasley Rock 101.1 WRIF (4.4 to 5.6), Audacy Sports “97.1 The Ticket” WXYT-FM (4.5 to 5.5 with stream adding additional 1.6 share), iHeartMedia CHR “Channel 95.5” WKQI (3.8 to 4.7), Public News/Talk 101.9 WDET (1.6 – 1.9 – 2.4), and Cumulus’ “New Country 93.1” WDRQ (1.4 to 2.0).
iHeartMedia AC “99.9 KEZ” KESZ remains on top in Phoenix 17.7 to 8.4. Public News/Talk 91.5 KJZZ shatters the all-time station record it set last month rising 4.8 – 5.7 – 6.5. iHeartMedia Conservative Talk 550 KFYI jumps up 3.4 to 5.7. Hubbard Classic Rock 100.7 KSLX is up 3.9 to 4.8. iHeartMedia Hot AC “Mix 96.9” KMXP rises 3.6 to 4.5.
The Phoenix Country battle tightens as Audacy’s 107.9 KMLE trends 2.3 – 2.8 – 3.4, while iHeartMedia’s 102.5 KNIX moves 3.9 – 2.8 – 3.4.
Hubbard Hot AC “KS 95” KSTP-FM explodes up over four shares 6.5 to 10.6, which Ratings Expert Chris Huff notes is their largest share since 1986. Public News/Talk 91.1 KNOW-FM is second 7.5 to 7.4. iHeartMedia Sports “100.3 KFAN” KFXN-FM places third 6.4 to 6.5, while sister Classic Hits “Kool 108” KQQL moves 15.1 to 6.2. Cumulus Media Rock “93X” KXXR is fifth up 5.3 to 5.5.
AAA “89.3 The Current” KCMP surges up 3.6 to 5.1. Hubbard Talk “My Talk 107.1” KTMY rises 1.5 to 2.6. Trending down in Minneapolis are Northwestern Media Christian AC 98.5 KTIS-FM (5.4 – 5.1 – 4.2) and Audacy Country “102.9 The Wolf” KMNB (3.0 – 2.5 – 2.2).

Audacy Hot AC “Alice 105.9” KALC rises 4.5 to 5.9 to lead Denver for what Huff notes is for the first time since January 2014. KSE Media Classic Hits “Kool 105” KXKL (4.9 to 5.5) and Bonneville Country 98.5 KYGO (4.6 to 5.5) tie for second. Audacy Classic Rock “99.5 The Mountain” KQMT rises 4.6 to 5.4. Bonneville AC 101.1 KOSI places fifth 14.0 to 5.3.
iHeartMedia Variety Hits “102.7 Jack-FM” WQSR Baltimore surges up 3.6 to 7.9 to take the Baltimore market lead. Chris Huff adds that is the first time atop Baltimore for 102.7 since it was Urban “V103” WXYV in 1991. Radio One Adult R&B “Magic 95.9” WWIN-FM places second up 6.7 to 7.4. Audacy AC “Today’s 101.9” WLIF-FM places third 17.7 to 6.8. iHeartMedia Country 93.1 WPOC rises 4.9 to 6.2. Public News/Talk 88.1 WYPR surges to fifth up 3.3 to 5.7.
Also trending up in Baltimore: Audacy Sports “105.7 The Fan” WJZ-FM (3.8 to 4.7), iHeartMedia CHR “Z104.3” WZFT (2.5 to 3.4) and iHeartMedia Gospel “Heaven 600” WCAO (1.0 to 2.2). Trending down is Audacy Hot AC “Mix 106.5” WWMX (4.3 to 3.2).
Hubbard Classic Rock 94.7 KSHE regains the St. Louis lead up 7.8 to 8.5. iHeartMedia Country “93.7 The Bull” KSD surges up 4.8 – 5.6 – 8.2, yet sees its cume drop month to month. Gateway Creative Broadcasting Christian AC “99.1 Joy-FM” KLJY dips 9.0 to 7.8. Hubbard Alternative “105.7 The Point” KPNT rises 6.5 to 7.2. Audacy AC 102.5 KEZK places fifth 17.1 to 7.0.
Trending up in St. Louis are Audacy’s Conservative Talk “97.1 FM Talk” KFTK (2.7 to 4.0) and Hip Hop “Hot 104.1” WHHL (1.9 to 2.8).
