Audacy Sports “92.3 The Fan” WKRK-FM Cleveland has promoted Jake Vulinec to evening host.
Vulinec will host “Overtime on The Fan” from 7-11pm. He joined the station in May 2023 as a part-time anchor and fill-in host after serving as Sports Director for John Carroll University’s student programmed 88.7 WJCU University Heights/Cleveland. He also has done play-by-play for Cleveland Heights High School football and boys basketball.
Vulinec commented, “It’s surreal to me to be starting my career in the place I’ve called home for my entire life. I’m incredibly excited for the opportunity to continue to grow alongside the outstanding team at 92.3 The Fan and the best fanbase in the world. The city of Cleveland and my fellow fans have given so much to me, and now I hope to be able to give some of that back to them.”

His addition fills the evening opening created by Jonathan Peterlin’s move to afternoons in November.
