After John Ivey’s move from President of CHR Programming Strategy to President of CHR Content Development and Strategy in December, iHeartMedia has announced the appointments of Mark Adams and Dylan Sprague as Vice Presidents of CHR and Cara Hahn and Taylor Jukes as CHR Brand Coordinators.
Adams and Sprague will work with the company’s Executive VP/Programming and programmers on CHR station strategic plans, oversee CHR custom and format centers, company-wide tools and resources, as well as working with the music industry.
Mark Adams joined iHeartMedia in 2013 as VP/Programming for their Portland OR stations before moving the following year to San Francisco to program “Wild 94.9” KYLD and Hot AC “Star 101.3” KIOI. He has also been VP/Programming for Rose City Radio in Portland and VP/Music Programming for CBS Radio Houston.
Dylan Sprague has been SVP/Programming for iHeartMedia Boston since 2011. He previously programmed CHR “Q100” WWWQ Atlanta, Hot AC “Alice 105.9” KALC and Classic Rock “99.5 The Mountain” KQMT Denver, and APD/MD for “Mix 93.3” KMXV Kansas City.
Taylor Jukes joined CHR “Y100” WHYI Miami as Program Director in 2019 after a long career in Canada where she most recently served as Bell Media’s Senior Manager of National Content for iHeartRadio Canada. She has also programmed CHR “99.9 Virgin Radio” CKFM Toronto, “91.7 The Bounce” CHBN Edmonton, and the combo of “94.5 Virgin Radio” CFBT and AAA “Shore 104.3” CHHR Vancouver.
Cara Hahn was recently promoted to Program Director of “Kiss 107.1” WKFS Cincinnati, while retaining her duties as APD/MD of CHR “Z100” WHTZ. Hahn began her career at Seton Hall University’s Rock 89.5 WSOU South Orange NJ where she rose to Program Director while in school. She joined iHeartMedia New York upon graduation in 2014 as a programming coordinator and Community Affairs Coordinator before rising in 2017 to APD of WHTZ and AC “106.7 Lite-FM” WLTW.
