Another round of layoffs is taking place this week at iHeartMedia. The cuts so far appear to be focusing on the programming department where we have heard of multiple Program Directors and SVP/Programmings who have exited so far.
Of the names to go public so far:
CountryAircheck reports that Carletta Blake is out as Program Director of Country 99.5 WGAR Cleveland. Blake programmed WGAR since March 2019 with time in afternoons, mornings, and middays at the station. She has also programmed “B93.9” WNCB Raleigh and 95.1 WRNS Kinston NC.
