Global takes the Jingle Bell Ball experience to Tottenham Court Road Outernet screens

Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball will be streamed live to big screens at Tottenham Court Road this year.

The experience comes complete with a seating area, hot chocolate stand and Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball merchandise giveaways for Barclaycard customers.

Global says the free event will be a fully immersive digital experience, creating a snowy Winter Wonderland for visitors, accompanied by an interactive Snow Globe experience with a photographer on hand to snap photos of guests for an instant digital takeaway of themselves.

The performances will be streamed at the heart of Outernet in the ‘Now Building’, displayed on floor to ceiling digital screens that are four-storeys high, with 360-degree visibility and a 16k screen surface with full directional surround studio sound.

Confirmed artists for Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball with Barclaycard 2023 include Alicia Keys, Take That, Tom Grennan, Becky Hill, Busted, Rita Ora, and more.

Mike Gordon, Chief Commercial Officer at Global, said: “We’re delighted to be partnering with Barclaycard and Outernet London to be bringing the UK’s biggest Christmas party to even more music fans with a free festive watch party. We’ll see you there on the 9th and 10th December on Charing Cross Road!”

Daniel Mathieson, Head of Sponsorship at Barclaycard said: “This is our third year as headline sponsor at Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball with Barclaycard, and we’re incredibly proud of the success this event continues to deliver. We’re excited to innovate even further this year and partner with Outernet London to bring the experience to even more customers and fans!”

Outernet London is an immersive entertainment district designed to provide experiences for the public and brands.

Kimberly Anastase Director, Client Services & Activation Management at Outernet said: “Outernet is excited to partner with Barclaycard and Global to revolutionise the way people experience live events in our fully immersive space across our immense screens. We ‘re equally proud to invite the public to the UK’s biggest Christmas Party through this totally free, digital experience.”

To get involved, head to Outernet on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th December to watch the live stream.
