Absolute Radio’s Frank Skinner and BBC radio host DJ Spoony have been recognised in the New Year Honours.
Frank has been presenting on radio since 2009 and gets an MBE for services to entertainment whilst DJ Spoony has been given a BEM for his services to charity through music during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The former KISS and Radio 1 DJ is now on BBC Radio 2.
Other radio people on the big list include Anne Diamond, John Bennett and former Classic FM host John Suchet.
Anne, who has worked at BBC local radio and LBC, has been given an OBE. She currently presents weekend breakfast on GB News Radio.
John Bennett works weekends on BBC Radio Ulster, and has been on-air there since 1979. He has been awarded with an MBE.
And former Classic FM morning presenter John Suchet gets an OBE for services to journalism and charity.
