A format change is coming to Corus Classic Rock “Q107” CFGQ-FM Calgary.
Afternoon host ‘Tarzan Dan’ Freeman will exit following his show noting that today is the final day of the current format. Midday host Cam Sullivan will remain with the company moving to sister “Country 105” CKRY as Asssitant Program Director. Mornings and nights on the station originate from “Rock 101” CFMI-FM Vancouver.
The Classic Rock brand debuted on the station in 2004.
Broadcast Dialogue reports that the new format will debut on Monday, January 9, 2023.
A quick bit of news.
