Fly 103.1 Orlando Sets On-Air Lineup

Fly 103.1 The Wolf WFYY OrlandoJVC Broadcasting Rhythmic CHR “Fly 103.1” WFYY Windemere/Orlando FL has set its first on-air lineup.

Lil’ Shawn and Carla Wilmaris will host mornings from 6-10am. Lil’ Shawn moves from a producer role at Conservative Talk “Florida Man Radio” 660 WDYZ, but previously spent a long run as part of the morning show at Cox’s “Power 95.3” WPYO from 2006 to 2020. Wilmaris, who will also host 10am-12pm, hosts multiple podcasts and runs a podcast consulting business.

103.1 The Wolf” holdover Murph Dawg will host 12-4pm. Murph Dawg has been with WOTW since its 2014 launch, originally serving as Program Director and afternoon host. He moved to mornings in 2016 while stepping back to APD/MD and then would move back to afternoons. He has also programmed JVC’s “Party 105” WPTY on Long Island and is best known for his run hosting mornings at Cox Media Rhythmic CHR “95.5 The Beat” WBTS Atlanta.

Ricky Padilla and DJ Nasty will be heard from 4-8pm. Padilla has spent stints in the market at “Star 94.5” WCFB, “Power 95.3” WPYO, and “102 Jamz” WJHM during his career, while DJ Nasty has mixed for WJHM and WPYO.

Marc ‘DJ Nailz’ Nixon, who will host nights from 8pm-12am, also serves as APD/midday host for Radio One’s “Power 107.5/106.3” WCKX/WBMO Columbus OH. He moved to Columbus after a ten year run at WPYO including five years in mornings and also has worked at WEDR Miami.

The new lineup will debut on Monday, August 29.

JVC Broadcasting announces the full airstaff for The New FLY 103.1 (WFYY) – Orlando’s HOTTEST Hit Music will make its debut on Monday August 29th at 6am.

Lil’ Shawn and Carla hold down The Fly Morning Wakeup weekdays 6a-10a, Carla kicks off the workday 10a-Noon, MurphDawg gets you through the day Noon-4p, Ricky Padilla and DJ Nasty drive you home 4p-8p, and Nightz with Nailz parties from 8p-Midnight.

Lil’ Shawn began his broadcasting career on Orlando’s WPYO 95.3 Party, eventually co-hosting mornings at Power 95.3 from 2006-2020. Carla Wilmaris has been based in Orlando with her podcasts ‘Sh*t I’m 30!’ and ‘Pivot With Purpose’, which she grew to over 1 million downloads.

MurphDawg most recently programmed Orlando’s WOTW for the past 8 years. Before that, he hosted successful morning shows at WBTS Atlanta and WHZT Greenville, SC.

Ricky Padilla was a huge part of legendary Orlando radio stations including 102 JAMZ, Power 95.3, and Star 94.5. He is also the emcee for the Orlando City Soccer Club. DJ Nasty is a Grammy-winning producer and deejay who’s top-notch mixing skills have been heard on 102 JAMZ and Power 95.3.

DJ Nailz has been a multi-media star in Orlando for the past 10 years on Power 95.3 and WFTV Channel 9, with a stint at Miami’s legendary 99 Jamz.
