FCC Actions
The FCC has issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for ITM LLC’s petition to amend the table of allotments to substitute 103.9 Peach Springs AZ with 105.3 in order to allow their 103.9 KIDD Fort Mohave to upgrade from a Class A to Class C2.
Holliston High School has entered into a Consent Decree and a $500 fine for their 99.9 WHHB Holliston to settle their pending license renewal application due to a late renewal filing. WHHB was required to file their license renewal application by December 1, 2021 but did not do so until March 25, 2022 ahead of their April 1 expiration.
Deletions
Gray Television has turned in the license of 1440 WGEM Quincy IL. The station has been off the air since June 2022 and its Sports format has now moved to 105.1 WGEM-FM after the company continued operating its translator without the AM until March 1.
Blue Mountain Players has surrendered 107.5 KCYF-FM Sutter Creek CA. The station had shared time with Sonora Sierra Heritage Foundation’s KJCN Sutter Creek.
