Family Stations and VCY America have agreed to eliminate their current time-share on 88.3 in Phoenix.
VCY America’s 88.3 KVCP Phoenix seeks to be able to go 24/7 on the frequency with Family Radio moving to their recently acquired 107.5 K298CK Phoenix. Family Stations will surrender their 88.3 KPHF Phoenix with VCY paying them $800,000 one day after the license surrender. In order to originate programming for K298CK, VCY America will convert KVCP to digital operation with Family Radio programming KVCP-HD2.
Family Stations will convert their 88.1 KEBR Sacramento CA to digital with VCY America programming airing on its HD2 to feed translators.
