Eric Valdez & Lyndsay Lynch Join Sierra H Phoenix

Sierra H Broadcasting has announced the addition of Eric Valdez and Lyndsay Lynch to their cluster in Phoenix.

Valdez joins the company as Assistant Program Director of Classic Hip Hop “101.1 The Bounce” KZCE Cordes Lakes and Rhythmic AC “Mega 104.3 Jamz” KAJM Camp Verde. He most recently held the same role at Desert Valley Media Group Oldies “The Wow Factor” 95.1 KOAI where he also served as cluster Production Director. He has also worked in the market as Music Director at “103.9 The Party” KPTY and on-air “Hot 97.5” KMVA along with previous stints in Palm Springs, Sacramento, and San Francisco prior to coming to Phoenix in 1996. He partially fills the opening created by John Candelaria’s exit as Program Director in August.

Lynch previously hosted mornings at CHR “Hot 97.5” KMVA from 2012 to 2016 and has also served as a producer for Hot AC “Mix 96.9” KMXP and the John Jay & Rich Show at “104.7 Kiss-FM” KZZP.

Lynch takes the midday shift that was most recently held by Deanna Regalado until her move to Bonneville’s “Now 100.5” KZZO Sacramento in September.

Sierra H. Broadcasting adds local market talent Eric Valdez to its programming roster starting November 6, 2023. Most recently, Valdez served as the Assistant Program Director for KOAI-FM (95.1 & 94.9 The Wow Factor) in Phoenix, Arizona. Eric’s 20+ years in the Valley of the Sun started in 1996, helping to launch KPTY-FM 103.9 Arizona’s Party Station as the station’s Music Director alongside Rick Thomas. Also, in the early 90’s, Eric worked the record label circuit and toured with national recording freestyle artist Stevie B. During his 30+ years of radio and label experience, Eric has had stops along the California coast with KYLD-FM in San Francisco, KSFM-FM in Sacramento, and KKUU-FM in Palm Springs.

Sierra H. Broadcasting welcomes Lindsay Lynch back to local radio. Lynch is returning as the lead host for Middays on KZCE-FM, 101.1 The Bounce, The Valley’s Throwback Station. With over a decade of experience in radio, Lindsay began her career in promotions at iHeart Radio in Phoenix and quickly transitioned to producer for Johnjay and Rich on KZZP-FM. In 2013, she was promoted to Executive Producer and co-host for Mathew Blades at KMXP-FM. Lindsay’s time in Phoenix radio culminated with hosting the morning show on KMVA-FM for Riviera Broadcasting.
