Cox Media Group has announced the appointment of Elroy Smith as Director of Branding and Programming for Adult R&B “Star 94.5” WCFB Daytona Beach/Orlando, “Hot 99.5” W258CN/WOKV-HD2 Jacksonville, and Hip Hop “Power 106.1” W291CI/WJGL-HD2 Jacksonville.
Smith most recently programmed Bonneville’s 102.9 KBLX San Francisco from 2016 to January 2021. Smith has also served as Operations Manager and PD for SummitMedia Greenville SC, Radio One Philadelphia and for fifteen years at Clear Channel’s Adult R&B “V103” WVAZ, Hip Hop 107.5 WGCI, and Gospel 1390 WGRB Chicago.
