Ellen Perez Joins KMVQ’s Big Bay Mornings

Bonneville CHR “99.7 Now” KMVQ San Francisco has introduced Ellen Perez to “Big Bay Mornings” alongside Bennie Siegal and Greg Sherrell.

Perez moves back to KMVQ from sister Classic Rock “98.5 K-Fox” KUFX, where she has co-hosted mornings with Chris Jackson since September 2021. Perez previously served as producer for KMVQ afternoon host St. John and hosted weekends at the station and also currently tracks nights at Adult R&B 102.9 KBLX.

Perez fills the spot on Big Bay Mornings that had been held by Nikki Blades until her departure in December.

Back at KUFX, Richie Brown is now co-hosting mornings alongside Chris Jackson and hosting afternoons. Brown has been Assistant Program Director of KUFX and AAA “Highway 1 Radio” KOIT-HD2 since October 2022 after previously serving as promotions assistant, production assistant, morning show producer, and Programming Coordinator during his tenure with the cluster. Ileana Matzorkis, who had been hosting afternoons, moves to weekends while continuing to host “Love Songs After Dark” on sister AC 96.5 KOIT.
