SummitMedia Hip Hop “95.7 Jamz” WBHJ Midfield/Birmingham AL has promoted Diamond Tyleir to evening host.
Tyleir served as a weekend host and interim midday host since joining the station in 2019. She also worked in the market as a traffic reporter for WBRC-TV from November 2021 until August. Tyleir also hosted middays at Bluewater Broadcasting Hip Hop “97.9 Jamz” WJWZ Montgomery AL from 2017 to 2021.

Tyleir has been handling weekends — and recently served as an interim midday host — on Jamz since joining SummitMedia Birmingham in 2019. Before coming to Birmingham, she worked as midday talent for WJWZ in Montgomery.
“I have worked with an amazing team at WBHJ for the past three years! I feel equipped to step into the night position and cannot wait to build my relationship with the magic city on a higher level,” Tyleir stated. “I love a good challenge and I am ready.”
A journalist at heart, Tyleir brings strength in writing, radio production, and digital content. She hosts community events, concerts, and interviews for Jamz.
