Denise ‘Deni’ Lang has jumped from Audacy to SummitMedia Richmond as Promotions/Marketing Director.
Lang served as Digital Program Director for Audacy Richmond from 2018 until departing earlier this month. She would later add duties as Assistant Program Director of CHR “Q94” WRVQ and hosted middays and later nights on the station. Prior to Audacy, Lang served as Promotions Coordinator and worked on-air at Alpha Media’s former Richmond cluster.
SummitMedia LLC announces Denise “Deni” Lang as Promotions and Marketing Director for the Richmond cluster. Lang now serves as brand strategist for Richmond’s five stations.

Lang brings more than a decade of experience in creating digital and programming initiatives, leading community events and developing strategies to boost streaming listening. She joins SummitMedia from WRVQ, where she spent the past four-and-a-half years as digital brand manager. She’s also served as an on-air talent, writing consultant and a retail campaign manager.
“I’m excited to join SummitMedia and work with an incredible group of people that genuinely loves radio and has a passion to work hard,” Lang said. “I plan to build upon the achievements of this team and help drive ratings and revenue for this amazing cluster.”
SummitMedia Richmond stations include K95 (WKHK), 103.7 Your Variety (WURV), Classic Rock 96.5 (WKLR), Awesome 100.9 (WJSR) and ESPN Richmond (WURV HD2).
