BBC Radio Stoke presenter Den Siegertsz is leaving the station after 27 years of hosting shows across the schedule.
He’s posted that ‘his time has also come’ when referring to his colleagues across local BBC radio who are leaving following the recent ‘digital first’ changes.
Commenting on Twitter, Dan said: “So I’ve been reading the tweets from many of my colleagues across the regions who have declared they’re leaving the BBC.
“After 27 years as a presenter my time has also come..thank you for listening.

Before COVID, Den hosted the weekday early breakfast show on the station, and has previously hosted lunchtimes, evenings and weekend mornings. He has most recently been presenting weeknight programmes and is expected to leave on June 1st.
