Cosette Nowik Joins WWWX As PD/Afternoon Host

Cumulus Media has appointed Cosette Nowik as Program Director and afternoon host at Alternative “96.9 The Fox” WWWX Oshkosh/Appleton WI.

Nowik joins WWWX from Cumulus Chicago where she was an associate producer for Talk 890 WLS and the Cumulus Podcast Network after previously working as a promotions assistant. Nowik also served as a host and Program Director at Illinois State University’s 103.3 WZND-LP Bloomington IL.

Cumulus Media (NASDAQ: CMLS) announces that it has appointed Cosette Nowik as Program Director and On-Air Host, Afternoons, on Alternative Rock station 96.9 The Fox/WWWX-FM in Appleton/Oshkosh, WI. Nowik debuts today on 96.9 The Fox and can be heard Monday through Friday from 2:00pm-7:00pm.

Nowik joins Cumulus Appleton/Oshkosh from Cumulus Chicago, where she was Board Operator and Associate Producer, Afternoon Drive, for WLS-AM, and Podcast Technical Producer. She holds a B.A. degree in Mass Media from Illinois State University, where she started her radio career at the college radio station, WXND.
