iHeartMedia CHR “Y100” WHYI Fort Lauderdale/Miami has announced that Claudia Mendoza is taking over as the local Executive Producer of Elvis Duran and the Morning Show and overnight host.
Mendoza has been hosting weekends at WHYI while serving as EP of the Brian Mudd Show on sister News/Talk 610 WIOD. She replaces Sami Jo Negron, who recently was promoted to midday host at WHYI.

WIOD is seeking a new producer for its midday show. The cluster also is on the hunt for a Music Director/afternoon host and Technical Producer for newly revamped Hot AC “93.9 MIA” WMIA-FM.
