iHeartMedia AAA/Hot AC “Cities 97.1” KTCZ-FM Minneapolis has moved afternoon host Zach Dillon to mornings.
Dillon joined KTCZ in February as APD/afternoon host while retaining his APD/MD duties at sister CHR 101.3 KDWB. He spent eight years in afternoons at KDWB, most recently teamed with Falen Bonsett, until February. Prior to his arrival in Minneapolis, Dillon programmed CHRs KHFI Austin, KTBT Tulsa, KPLV Las Vegas, and KWTX Waco for the company.
Dillon’s move to mornings follows the exit of Paul Fletcher in the company’s round of layoffs earlier this month. The station has yet to set its plans for afternoons.
