Results Radio Classic Hits “101.5 K-Hits” KCCL Woodland/Sacramento has reset its on-air lineup following the retirement of Joey Mitchell in March.
Former “106.5 The End” KUDL APD/MD/afternoon host Christopher Kay joins KCCL to host mornings from 6-9am. Kay spent 21 years at the Audacy CHR, joining then “107.9 The End” KDND months after its launch in 1998. Kay served as Music Director and night host until 2002 when he moved to the afternoon slot he held until September 2019 and later added APD duties.
With the addition of Kay for mornings, the station is also resetting the remainder of its on-air lineup. Jennifer Steele moves from nights to 9am to 12pm. Program Director Rico Garcia shifts from 10am-2pm to 12-3pm, while afternoon host Susan Wright shifts to 3-6pm.
