Former “Y100” KCYY San Antonio morning show producer and evening host Chris Cardenas is joining Townsquare Media Hot AC “Mix 106” 105.9 KCIX Garden City/Boise ID as afternoon host. Cardenas will also serve as Assistant Operations Manager for the Townsquare Boise cluster.
Cardenas previously spent seven years at KCYY until exiting in Cox Media Group’s round of layoffs in September. He fills the slot that had been held by Steve ‘Kekeluv’ Kicklighter until his exit in August.
