Local Daily Media’s “Cannon Country 107.9” WBQK Williamsburg VA has added Jason ‘Cash Warren’ as its first morning host.
Warren most recently spent five years in mornings at Max Media’s “97.3 The Eagle” WGH-FM Norfolk from 2019 until his exit in March of this year. Prior to his arrival in Norfolk, he used the on-air name ‘Jason Kidd’ as Program Director/morning host at Alpha Media Country 97.9 KGNC Amarillo TX from 2015-19 and Burt Broadcasting Country 105.3 KZZX Alamogordo NM from 2008-14.
Warren commented, “It feels great to be back on a country station after 5 months. The amount of Emma jokes that have been requested on my social platforms is unreal! They’re coming! I’m honored to be Cannon Country’s first morning show. I haven’t seen a radio station this dialed into their community in a long time. This is going to be a lot of fun.”
