Heart 70s Breakfast presenter Carlos is joining Soleil Radio to host a weekend show for the Channel Islands.
He’ll be presenting the programme each Sunday morning from 8am till 12pm in addition to his Monday to Saturday show for Global, and weekday Drive show on Spectrum FM in Spain.
Speaking to RadioToday ahead of his first show this weekend, Carlos said: “I’m really looking forward to playing a great set of songs every Sunday morning in this beautiful part of the world.
“It’s a great team at Soleil Radio and I love what they are doing.”
James Keen, Managing Director, Tindle Radio CI added: “We’re delighted to be welcoming Carlos to the Channel Islands for his brand new Sunday show.
“Soleil Radio’s blend of the greatest songs all day long from the 70s, 80s and 90s is the perfect complement to our existing stations Island FM and Channel 103 and we’ve been thrilled by the welcome it’s had from by listeners across Jersey, Guernsey and Alderney.
“With the station now being available on 107.7FM in Jersey as well as DAB+ across the islands we’re looking forward to a future as bright as Soleil’s name suggests!”
