Radio Santisimo Sacramento is acquiring “92.1 La Maquina” KZTZ Cottonwood/Redding and Spanish Rhythmic “Urbana 93.3” K227DY Chico CA from Bustos Media.
Bustos will receive $300,000 in cash plus a Donation Acknowledgement Letter valuing a donation in the amount of $640,000. The stations will be converted to non-commercial status joining the Spanish Catholic network also heard on 1240 KCVV Sacramento/95.7 K239CK Elk Grove and 1340 KPYV Oroville.
Bustos Media will retain “La Gran D” 97.7 KHHZ Gridley and “La Z 107.5” KZSZ Colusa in the Chico market.
