iHeartMedia Western New York Area President Bob Morgan will see his region grow as he becomes Area President for the newly created Upstate New York area.
Morgan, who has overseen Binghamton, Syracuse and Rochester NY for the past five years will now add Albany and Poughkeepsie NY and Sussex NJ to his oversight. He originally joined iHeartMedia in 2012 as Market President in Rochester after thirteen years as Senior Vice President of Broadcast for American Tower Corporation. He also led CBS Radio Rochester from 1994 to 1999.
Morgan said, “I am excited for the opportunity to be working with the talented teams in Albany, Poughkeepsie and Sussex. Our market-leading iconic brands have a long history of serving their communities, listeners and clients and I look forward to helping build upon that success.”
Morgan’s addition of Albany, Poughkeepsie and Sussex follows Howard Greiner’s move to Nashville earlier this month.
