Audacy Announces Four New Regional Promotions Directors

Audacy has announced the addition of four new Regional Promotions Directors.

Emily Pearce joins the company to oversee New York and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre. She most recently served as VP/Marketing for iHeartMedia Philadelphia and has also worked for iHeartMedia in Detroit, Toledo, Grand Rapids and Cox Media Group Richmond.

Ruben Pimentel joins the company to oversee San Francisco and Sacramento from Merola Opera Program where he was Director of Marketing and Communications. Pimentel previously worked on-air at CHR “107.9 The End” KDND Sacramento, was Marketing & Promotions Director for Cumulus San Francisco from 2007 to 2015, and held on-air and promotions roles for Zimmer Radio Group Lawrence KS and Pamal Broadcasting Albany NY.

Erica Washburn, who will focus on Seattle and Portland, previously served as Promotions Director for iHeartMedia Portland from 2012 to 2014 and joins the company from the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry.

Veronica Weisenbach rises from Promotion Coordinator for Audacy Detroit to Regional Promotion Manager for Detroit and Cleveland.

Audacy has announced the additions of Emily Pearce (Tri-State), Ruben Pimentel (Northern California), Erica Washburn (Pacific Northwest), and Veronica Weisenbach (Great Lakes) to its Regional Promotions Team.

Pearce will be based in New York City and begins July 18. Pimentel will be based in San Francisco and begins on July 25. Washburn will be based in Portland and begins August 1. Weisenbach will be based in Detroit and begins on July 18.

Pearce, Regional Promotion Director, Lead, will be focused on New York City and Wilkes-Barre and joins Audacy from iHeart Philadelphia, where she most recently served as Vice President of Marketing. Previous stops include iHeart Detroit, Toledo, Grand Rapids, and Muskegon, along with Cox Richmond.

Pimentel, Regional Promotion Director, Lead, will be focused on San Francisco and Sacramento and joins Audacy from the Merola Opera Program, where he was most recently Director of Marketing and Communications. Previous stops include Cumulus San Francisco, the Oakland Symphony, and Pamal Broadcasting Latham, NY.

Washburn, Regional Promotion Director, Lead, will be focused on Seattle and Portland and joins Audacy from the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI). Previous stops include iHeart Media Portland, the Minnesota Orchestra, and the Bakken Museum.

Weisenbach, Regional Promotion Manager, will be focused on Detroit and Cleveland and is being elevated from her Promotion Coordinator role with Audacy Detroit.
