Ashley Vikdal Joins KUDL Sacramento & KRBQ San Francisco

Audacy has announced the appointment of ‘Ashley V’ Vikdal for the dual role of midday host on Classic Hip Hop “102.1 Jams” KRBQ San Francisco and afternoon host on CHR “106.5 The End” KUDL Sacramento.

Vikdal joins Audacy from Desert Valley Media Group in Phoenix where she was Integrated Marketing Manager since 2018 and midday host on Hip Hop “Power 98.3” KKFR. She also previously held roles in her native Albuquerque at Hip Hop “Kiss 97.3” KKSS and CHR “Z106.3” KDLW.

In Sacramento, Vikdal takes the afternoon timeslot that had been held by Music Director Mollie Kendrick until Kendrick’s resignation in December.

Audacy names Ashley V (Vikdal) as midday host of 102.1 Jams (KRBQ-FM) in San Francisco and afternoon host of 106.5 The End (KUDL-FM) in Sacramento. She will be heard weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. PT on 102.1 Jams and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. PT on 106.5 The End beginning January 22.

Ashley V joins Audacy after her most recent role at Power 98.3 (KKFR-FM) in Phoenix. Before that, she began her radio career in her hometown of Albuquerque, NM, on heritage station Kiss 97.3 (KKSS-FM) and Z 106.3 (KXOT-FM).
