North Texas Public Broadcasting AAA “91.7 KXT” KKXT Dallas will soon be on the hunt for a new Program Director as Amy Miller will step down on September 17.
Miller will at first remain with the station in a part-time role continuing as midday host while seeking to find a new opportunity in the music industry. Miller joined KKXT in 2014 as APD/MD and rose to Program Director in 2015. Prior to joining the station, Miller programmed AAA “92.3 The Tide” WTYD Deltaville VA, served as a programming assistant at KFOG San Francisco, and worked as a music publicist.
Weekend host Nilufer Arsala will succeed Miller as host of the “KXT Local Show” that airs on Thursdays from 7-8pm.
