Ally Ali To Pull Double Duty In Mornings & Afternoons At WBLI

Alexandra Ally Ali 106.1 WBLI Long IslandCox Media Group CHR 106.1 WBLI Patchogue NY morning co-host Ally Ali is adding a second shift to her duties as host of “Coming Home with Ally Ali” in afternoons starting Tuesday, September 3.

Ali currently co-hosts “The Syke Morning Show with Ally Ali” alongside Andrew ‘Syke’ Sykora. She joined the station in 2018 quickly rising through the ranks from intern to promotions to morning show producer, night host and then was promoted to morning co-host in 2021. The afternoon show will air from 3-7pm. She had signed a contract extension with Cox back in May.

Ally stated, “Thank you to everyone who has ever believed in my talents, encouraged me to be myself, and mentored me to this place. Thank you to our amazing listeners for your love and support each and every morning, you are the reason why I love radio so much. My heart is so full and it is not lost on me that I am so lucky to have the career that I do, and we are just beginning folks. In afternoons Ali fills the opening created by Kiana Singh’s move to overnights at iHeartMedia’s “Z100” WHTZ New York in May. Cluster Production Manager Victoria Onorato had been filling in the daypart since then.
