After four years in mornings at iHeartMedia AC “Sunny 106.5” KSNE Las Vegas, AJ Maguire has departed the station.
Maguire, who co-hosted mornings since September 2019 with Joanna Baumann, mentioned in a social media comment that he was returning to Florida on a “jobless leap of faith”.
Prior to arriving in Las Vegas, he spent seven years at Cox Country “K92.3” WWKA Orlando hosting mornings from 2012-16 and afternoons from 2016-19. During his career, Maguire has also served as APD of WBTU Fort Wayne IN, morning host at KSWF Springfield MO and KEGA Salt Lake City, and has had on-air roles at KSYN/KIXQ Joplin MO, KSPW Springfield MO, KPLX Dallas, and KWJJ Portland.
KSNE has renamed the morning show as simply “Sunny Mornings with Joanna” for now.
