Shake Broadcasting agrees to purchase Classic Rock “94.5 The Razor” WRZR Loogootee IN from Larry Hembree’s Daisy Holdings Inc. for $337,000. DeWayne Shake’s Shake Broadcasting owns Classic Country “The General” 1580 WAMW and Classic Hits “Memories 107.9” WAMW-FM Washington IN.

Tammy Evans’ Rayanna Corp. is acquiring Classic Hits “Star 92.3” WOHT Grenada MS from Century Broadcasting for $100,000. Rayanna, which owns Country “B100” 100.1 WQXB Grenada, will also pay $20,000 to lease the current WOHT offices for up to nine months and pay seller Greg Slotsky $10,000 for ten hours per week of consulting for six months.

Iglesia Nueva Vida of High Point sells Silent 670 WRJR Claremont/102.5 W273DZ Norfolk VA to Stu-Comm for $310,000. The station will join the buyer’s AAA network based at 91.9 WNRN Charlottesville VA. An immediate $2200 per month LMA takes effect until closing.

Blizzard Broadcasting is converting its LMA of “Sports On FM” 105.7 KTYV Steamboat Springs CO into an $80,000 purchase from Kenneth Clark. Blizzard has operated KTYV since February 2017.

The Power Foundation agrees to exchange 88.7 WEGN Kankakee IL and $10 to Olivet Nazarene University for the Construction Permit for 88.3 WSSZ Kokomo IN and $128,000.

Faith Lutheran Church sells its Construction Permit for 88.7 Odebolt IA to St. Gabriel Communications for $5,000. St. Gabriel, which operates “Iowa Catholic Radio“, had lost out to Faith Lutheran Church’s competing application in the 2021 non-commercial filing window.
