Nelson Multimedia flipped AC 95.7 WJDK-FM Seneca IL to Country on May 1.
WJDK-FM is now being branded as “K-Country 95.7” under the oversght of Operations Manager Kevin Schramm. The station is utilizing Local Radio Networks’ Mainstream Country programming along with local service elements.
The format change pits WJDK-FM up against Alpha Media’s 98.3 WCCQ Crest Hill, however that station focuses its efforts on the Joliet market, while WJDK-FM is targeting the adjacent Grundy County including the towns of Morris and Dwight.
