Charles ‘Chip’ Lynn’s Radio Loudon LLC will acquire Country 1140 WLOD/104.7 W284DC Loudon TN from Blount Broadcasting Corporation for $37,811. An LMA began in October as Radio Loudon appears to be operating the station in tandem with a trio of local LPFMs.

St. Paul Radio Co. will receive the licenses of a pair of West Virginia stations via donation. The Saint Thomas More Catholic Lawyers Society donates 89.7 WNUX Montgomery, while Parkersburg Catholic Schools Foundation donates 105.3 WOUX St. Marys. Both stations simulcast St. Paul Radio’s Catholic 1450 WLUX Dunbar/Charleston.
