A round of cuts has taken place at Townsquare Media this week.

Jamien ‘Melz On The MIC’ Green exits as Brand Manager and afternoon host on Adult R&B “107.3 Kiss-FM” KISX Whitehouse/Tyler TX. Melz had spent his entire radio career with Townsquare starting in Killeen/Temple TX in 2012 first in sales beore moving on-air at Hip Hop “B106” KOOC Kileen. He would move to Adult R&B “My Kiss 103.1” KSSM in 2015 and would rise to APD/MD of the duo before moving to KISX in November 2020.
He shared on Instagram, “Townsquare Media Tyler-Longview has decided to let me go…thank you East Texas for yall hospitality and for the opportunity to rock with yall. Details on what’s next coming soon…”
As first reported by RAMP, Steve McKay exits as Brand Manager of AC 92.7 WOBM-FM Toms River and “Lite 96.9” WFPG Atlantic City NJ. McKay also served as Assistant Director of Content for Townsquare Atlantic City and hosted afternoons on WFPG.
McKay joined the company in November 2022 after previous programming stints at Cumulus’ duo of AC “B106.7” WTCB and Classic Hits 98.5 WOMG Columbia SC and AC 102.7 WGNI and Classic Rock “94.5 The Hawk” WKXS Wilmington NC. Earlier in his career, McKay programmed Hot AC 93.5 WSBG Stroudsburg PA, CHR 97.1 WBHT Wilkes-Barre, Rhythmic Oldies “95.7 Jammin’ Gold” WEJM Philadelphia and Hot AC “94.9 The Point” WPTE Norfolk.
