With the $300,000 sale of Country “US 98.5” WUSX Seaford DE/Salisbury MD from Adams Radio Group to Mark Guiliani’s DataTech Digital LLC closing, WUSX has flipped to a simulcast of Conservative Talk 92.7 WGMD Rehoboth Beach.
The addition of the WUSX simulcast expands WGMD’s coverage into the western portions of Sussex County DE and greater Salisbury. 92.7 covers eastern Sussex and the southernmost tip of New Jersey.
Guiliani is Executive Vice President of WGMD owner Resort Broadcasting. Datatech Digital is in the process of purchasing it as well for $517,201.
Adams Radio Group previously closed on its sale of Rock “93.5 The Beach” WZBH Millsboro DE and Classic Rock “Big 107.7” WGBG Fruitland MD to Draper Holdings. Adams retains CHR “OC 104” WOCQ Berlin and “Kool Oldies 104.3/105.1” W282AW Salisbury/W286BB Ocean Pines.
