Richard Benham’s Giving Hope 2U LLC sells Hot AC “Star 107.3” 1380 WMTA/107.3 W297CC Central City KY to Michael and Casey Davis’ Custom Voice Media for $200,000. The Davis’ have been operating WMTA via LMA since October 2020.
Montrose Broadcasting Company is expanding its holdings into Williamsport PA with the purchase of Christian Preaching 96.3 WJSA-FM Jersey Shore and 100.5 W263AG Williamsport from Covenant Broadcasting Company for $475,000. Montrose owns a network of Christian stations across Northeast Pennsylvania with coverage stretching into the southern tier of New York.
Truth Broadcasting Corporation is selling Gospel “Big WEAL” 1510 WEAL Greensboro NC to Delmarva Educational Association for $100,000. Both groups are led by members of the Epperson family with Stuart Epperson Jr. holding stakes in both. As part of the deal WEAL will convert to a non-commercial license.
