WDAE Adds Fox Sports Radio; Promotes Nick Wize To Program Director

WDAE, which already carries FSR’s Dan Patrick Show from 9am-12pm and Colin Cowherd from 12-3pm, will air the network from 7pm to 6am weekdays and in most weekend dayparts around play-by-play coverage. It replaces ESPN Radio. Shows added to the weekday schedule include “The Odd Couple with Kelvin Washington & Rob Parker,” “The Jason Smith Show with Mike Harmon,” and “The Ben Maller Show.”

Wize, who had been co-hosting a weekend show on WDAE, also continues as APD/afternoon host at sister CHR 93.3 WFLZ. Wise joined WFLZ in June 2019 after previously serving as APD for three iHeartMedia stations in Tucson and afternoon host at CHR “93.7 KRQ” KRQQ. He has also served as APD of CHR “Channel 95.5” WKQI Detroit and worked on-air at “98.7 Amp Radio” WDZH Detroit, “97.9 Kiss-FM” WKSL Jacksonville and “Hot 107.9” WPFM Panama City.
