Nick Cattles To Exit ESPN 94.1 Norfolk

Max Media Sports “ESPN Radio 94.1” WVSP Yorktown/Norfolk VA has announced that afternoon host Nick Cattles will depart the station following his show on Wednesday, November 24 for an opportunity in a larger market.

Cattles was on his second stint as afternoon host at WVSP as he led the daypart from 2012 to 2016 and then returned in May 2018. In between, Cattles served as evening co-host at “98.5 The Sports Hub” WBZ-FM Boston. Cattles also served as a producer/weekend host at WBZ-FM from 2009-2012, and as a fill-in and weekend host at ESPN Radio nationally and WEEI Boston.

Cattles’ producer and 2-4pm host Tim Donnelly will take over the 4-7pm slot until a new permanent host is named.

Nick Cattles last day on-air will be Wednesday, November 24th. Tim Donnelly host of The Tim Donnelly Show airing Noon to 2pm on ESPN Radio 94.1 and longtime producer of The Nick Cattles Show will be filling in the 4p-7p time slot in the interim.

Max Media’s Norfolk-Virginia Beach properties include Country WGH-FM (97.3 The Eagle), AC WVBW (92.9 The Wave), Top 40 WVHT (Hot 100), WVSP (ESPN Radio 94.1) and WGH-AM (Money Talk 1310 & 100.9).
