Loud 102.3 WLOA Youngstown DJ GroovesLester Pace and Manny Bella’s BlueLight Communications is acquiring Hip Hop “Loud 102.3” 1470 WLOA Farrell PA/102.3 W272EI Youngstown OH from Over/Under LLC for $325,000. The buyers own Hip Hop “105.5 The Beat” W288CS Rochester NY.

Educational Media Foundation will purchase Country 97.7 KTPI-FM Mojave CA from RZ Radio for $300,000. The seller sold 1340 KTPI Mojave to Rubin Broadcasting in October and also owns “Fox Sports 610” KAVL Lancaster. The stations are operated as part of John Hearne’s Point Broadcasting via Time Brokerage Agreement. Hearne’s Coloma Mojave LLC owns 48.5% of RZ Radio.

Connie Crabtree-Stephens’s River Country Communications acquires Country 100.9 WANY-FM Albany KY from Pamela Allred’s Albany Broadcasting Company for $200,000. The buyer owns Classic Country “107.9 River Country” WKYR-FM Burkesville.

Christian operator Florida Public Radio sells 91.5 KSNS and 101.7 KREJ Medicine Lodge KS to Michigan based Smile FM for $150,000.

Vision Communications Network sells Spanish Christian “Genesis 680” WGES St. Petersburg FL to Revival Ministries International Inc. for $610,000. The buyer is a preaching and speaking platform for Dr. Rodney Howard-Browne.

Washington State University acquires the Construction Permit for 90.5 Centerville WA from Growing Christian Foundation for $15,000. WSU’s Northwest Public Broadcasting operates three networks across eastern Washington and northern Idaho programming Public News/Talk, News and Classical, and Jazz.
