Educational Media Foundation will purchase Country 97.7 KTPI-FM Mojave CA from RZ Radio for $300,000. The stations are operated as part of John Hearne’s Point Broadcasting via Time Brokerage Agreement. Hearne’s Coloma Mojave LLC owns 48.5% of RZ Radio.
