iHeartMedia AC “106.7 Lite-FM” WLTW marks its 25th consecutive monthly in the top spot with an 8.5 to 8.2 dip. iHeart Classic Rock “Q104.3” WAXQ holds at a 6.1 share. MediaCo Adult R&B 107.5 WBLS rises for the fifth straight month 5.1 to 5.8 for what Ratings Expert Chris Huff notes is its best performance since April 2023. iHeart CHR “Z100” WHTZ is up 5.5 to 5.7. Audacy Classic Hits 101.1 WCBS-FM is off 5.6 to 5.5.
Red Apple Media Conservative Talk 770 WABC continues its growth 3.3 – 3.8 – 4.0 – 4.4 – 5.0. Huff notes this is WABC’s best share since the Summer of 1979 at the end of its “Music Radio” heyday.
A good month for spoken word overall. Public News/Talk 93.9 WNYC-FM rises 3.2 to 3.9. Audacy News 1010 WINS/92.3 WINS-FM is up 4.3 to 4.6 with its stream adding an extra 0.4 share. Sports 660 WFAN/101.9 WFAN-FM gains 2.6 to 3.3 plus its stream adds an additional 1.1 share. Audacy’s 880 WHSQ is no longer listed running Good Karma Brands “ESPN New York” programming plus Audacy’s New York Mets coverage.
Classical 105.9 WQXR trends up 1.9 – 2.3 – 2.5.
MediaCo Hip Hop “Hot 97” WQHT slides 2.3 – 2.0 – 1.8. Audacy Classic Hip Hop “94.7 The Block” WXBK is down 1.5 – 1.3 – 1.2.

Audacy Classic Hits “K-Earth 101” KRTH maintains its lead, but continues to slide 7.1 – 6.8 – 6.4 – 5.8. iHeartMedia CHR 102.7 KIIS-FM gains 4.9 to 5.3 for what Huff notes is its best share since February 2016. Univision Spanish AC “107.5 K-Love” KLVE (5.5 to 5.0) and iHearth Media Hot AC “104.3 My-FM” KBIG (5.4 to 5.0) both drop into a third place tie. iHeart AC 103.5 KOST is down 5.4 to 4.8.

Despite the January addition of its 93.3 WBAP-FM simulcast, Cumulus News/Talk 820 WBAP drops 1.9 to 1.7 to tie its record low share reached in both Holiday 2014 and January 2015. As it transitions from News to a mix with Conservative Talk, Audacy’s 1080 KRLD is down 1.4 – 1.1 – 1.0, which marks an all-time record low for the station.
San Francisco
Public News/Talk 88.5 KQED-FM continues its climb from a 5.9 share in May to rise 8.3 to 8.6, which Huff notes is its best showing since March 2022. Audacy News 740 KCBS/106.9 KFRC also continues its upward trend 6.9 to 7.0. Bonneville AC 96.5 KOIT is down 6.7 – 6.4 – 5.5. iHeartMedia Soft AC “98.1 The Breeze” KISQ drops 6.3 – 5.4 – 5.0. Audacy Sports 94.1 WIP uses the Phillies playoff run and the start of the Eagles season to the largest share ever for the brand as well as on the 94.1 frequency with a 7..0 – 8.0 – 9.8 gain. Chris Huff also notes it is the first time atop the Philadelphia market for the station since November 2022. And WIP doesn’t stop there as its stream rises 1.7 – 2.0 – 2.5.
iHeartMedia Adult R&B 105.3 WDAS-FM is down 8.9 to 8.2. Beasley’s duo of Rock 93.3 WMMR (7.8 to 7.9) and Classic Rock 102.9 WMGK (6.6 to 6.7) follow with tiny gains. Audacy News 1060 KYW/103.9 WPHI is off 4.9 to 4.8 and its stream drops 1.1 to 0.8.
